If you’re seeking medical care for yourself or a family member, it’s important to first check your eligibility for coverage under the FUSD’s benefits plan. And checking your eligibility is easy.
Just make a call to Delta Health Systems, the administrator of the FUSD’s health benefits plan at 800-807-0820. The folks at Delta can verify your own eligibility, as well as the eligibility of your family members or dependents.
